Welcome to the United German Shepherd Dog Alliance

The United German Shepherd Dog Alliance (UGSDA) is a group of people dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the German Shepherd Dog (GSD). We believe that owning a German Shepherd is one of the most rewarding experiences a person can have and we strive to improve and protect this majestic breed. Our members own German Shepherd Dogs that are active in conformation, obedience, agility, herding, and a variety of other activities. Our goal is to promote all colors of German Shepherd Dogs and to encourage improvement in the breed. We also strive to encourage families and individuals to show their dogs in a friendly environment.

The UGSDA is a single-breed GSD club approved by the United Kennel Club to hold conformation events. The United Kennel Club offers a family-friendly, relaxed venue for enjoying a variety of events with GSDs including conformation, obedience and agility. Our members have been competing in UKC conformation for several years and we count many Champions, Grand Champions, TOP TEN dogs, and Best in Multi-Breed Show winners among our dogs.

We offer four weekends of shows a year. Our shows in April, July, September and December are multi-breed shows for almost all UKC breeds. We hope you can join us for these fun shows.
